You can use the following form to nominate someone for a position on the Southern Moreton Bay Islands Chamber of Commerce committee.

All nominations will be heard at the Annual General Meeting. Nominations are subject to seconding and approving by current SMBI Chamber of Commerce members.

All nominations must be received by the secretary by 5pm on Friday 22nd November 2019.
